Group
The Capacity Building SIG caters especially
for those members of IPAA NSW interested in issues
around capacity building and workforce development as they
impact on the public sector.
AIMS
Specifically, the groups aims to:
- provide a forum for discussion about capacity building
in the public sector.
- present leaders and case studies which
contribute to high performance and innovative cultures.
- discuss
successful workforce development strategies.
- recognize
and use member capacity to build passionate high performance
public sector cultures.
