Emerging Leaders Program

IPAA NSW is proud to announce its Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), aimed at public sector professionals who will be the leaders of tomorrow.

IPAA NSW Emerging Leaders Program is designed to develop participants personally and professionally. Participants will work closely with a coach from the IPAA Coaching Panel (ICP) over a six month period to develop new skills and build capabilities and networks in preparation for future leadership roles in the public sector.

Participants will attend six intensive training sessions, as well as the launch and graduation ceremony, and a two day Workshop Retreat at Dooralong Valley Resort. You will also receive the support of a coach from the ICP, who will have regular contact with you throughout the program. You will be provided with support materials throughout the program, and your coach will guide you along the way.

Do you have an interest in, and past success in developing and supporting others?

The IPAA NSW Emerging Leaders Program 2008 is now recruiting the IPAA Coaching Panel: ICP. Why not join the IPAA Coaching Panel and contribute to the development of the sector’s emerging leaders?

What you get:

1 hour of coaching by an accredited coach
1 day of International Coach Federation Accredited coach training
An invitation to the IPAA Emerging Leaders Program 2008 launch and graduation ceremony

I day of your time for coach training on Wednesday 9 July
6 hours of coaching over 6 months to be arranged between you and your ELP participant at a mutually convenient time
