Ageing workforce conference
Since the launch of the NSW Public Sector Mature Workforce Retention Project in 2006, the Department of Premier and Cabinet, SageCo Pty Ltd and IPAA NSW have convened an annual conference to showcase best practice age management within the public sector.
The Ageing Workforce conference is designed to bring stakeholders together to share knowledge, demonstrate tangible outcomes and provide a roadmap to advance age management in the Sector. It is also an opportunity to highlight the availability of the online SageCentre (www.sagecentre.nsw.gov.au) as a valuable resource to assist agencies in age management planning and implementation.
At each conference, in addition to the opportunity for peer networking and collaboration, you will hear from a range of speakers across topics including case studies on knowledge transfer and flexible work. There will also be a unique opportunity for delegates to participate in a data collection exercise to feed into future policy and strategy development.
