Vice President Madeleine Culbert, Director, Asset Strategy, Housing NSW

Madeleine is Director, Asset Strategy, Housing NSW, responsible for delivering large high profile public housing projects. Previously she was responsible for strategic planning, change management and business performance at NSW Maritime.

Madeleine has been an active member of IPAA NSW for over 12 years. She assisted in the development of the Institute’s Communications and Marketing Plan and is a member of the Membership and Sector Development Standing Committee. She holds a Certificate in Public Relations, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a degree in classical ballet.
