
Public Sector Management Program
The Public Sector Management Program is a university-accredited Graduate Certificate Program administered by the Institute of Public Administration Australia, NSW Division, on behalf of the NSW Public Service Commission. The Program is a national joint venture across all jurisdictions offering mid-level public sector employees from Commonwealth, State/Territory and Local Governments the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge needed to move into more senior management roles withing the public sector.
The Program targets current managers and aspiring managers, and offers practical training, information sharing, networking, relevant curriculum and a supportive learning environment led by qualified facilitators. It equips middle managers to meet contemporary and future challenges.
The Program comprises four Units:

Upon completion, students achieve a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University .

There are approximately six new cohorts run annually. You will be contacted about the next available starting date when your application has been submitted.
Semester 1 cohorts commence between February and June.
Semester 2 cohorts commence between July and November.
Cohorts are filled on a first-come first-served basis and there are a limited number of places in each cohort.
