Susan is Manager Business Strategy for ServiceFirst in the Department of Services, Technology and Administration. She holds an Executive Masters of Public Administration through ANZSOG and a BA (Communications) from UTS. Susan has worked for the NSW Government since 2002 in a series of roles associated with change and transformation, in the Premier’s Department, the Department of Commerce, the Heritage Office, and the Department of Planning.
