Public administrations around the world are under intense pressure to deliver services for citizens that are personalised, integrated, and high quality. In some cases, citizens have expertise and experience to contribute to the way those services are designed or even conceived in the first place. They do not really worry about who actually delivers the service – as long as it is easily accessible, equitably distributed and high quality.
