ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUM

The NIS comprises a two-day conference which is preceded by a one-day program of workshops.

The two-day conference offers plenary sessions with keynote speakers, and concurrent streams covering a range of topics comprising: workplace and disciplinary investigations; complaint handling; forensic accounting and technology; investigations involving abuse and neglect; challenging investigations; psychological welfare of parties to investigations; international perspectives; public interest disclosures; and approaches for interviewing children and people experiencing vulnerability.

A one-day program of interactive workshops is planned for Tuesday 23rd May 2023. Workshops are open for conference delegates and non-delegates to register and participate.

We will be working closely with the Four Seasons Hotel to ensure that all COVID safe protocols are met. Should there be a change to the date or format of this symposium, you will be notified.
