EVENT MANAGER

Donné manages the IPAA NSW event program, with over 40 events annually. She is passionate about creating and executing enjoyable and relevant events for members, key stakeholders and the wider community.

Working with members to realise their membership benefits is Sinem's main responsibility. She also works with the Young Professionals Committee, empowering the next generation of public sector professionals.

Marketing IPAA NSW's events and courses is Mandy's main focus as well as keeping members, key stakeholders and the wider IPAA NSW community informed of the latest news, products and services.

As CEO, Madeleine oversees the strategic direction of the organisation. She liaises between Council, staff and key stakeholders to ensure membership offerings are aligned with the changing needs of the public sector.

MEMBERSHIP & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Managing member requests and those of key stakeholders is key to Richard's role along with the coordination of the Band 3 and Executive Director Breakfasts, sponsored by alliance partners.

Ann Humiston
FINANCE & BUSINESS SERVICES DIRECTOR

Ann oversees all financial controls including budgets, audits, systems management, HR and legal compliance. Her comprehensive data analysis and reporting mitigate risk and steer managerial decision making.

Cassidy Lau
EVENT CO-ORDINATOR

Cassidy works closely with the Event Manager to deliver the high quality events that IPAA NSW is known for. Co-ordinating the logistics is a key role for Cassidy as well as dealing with all event enquiries and registrations.

Leonie Macri
LEARNING ADMINISTRATOR

Leonie co-ordinates the successful delivery of all IPAA NSW public and in-house courses. She works closely with facilitators and is the first point of contact for all course enquiries and registrations.

DIGITAL LEARNING MANAGER

Charitha is responsible for IPAA NSW's digital learning delivery including online courses. Integrating technology into business processes to improve outcomes is also a key role for Charitha.

With responsibility for all financial transactions within IPAA NSW, Eva liaises with our members, customers and suppliers. She drives data integrity and reporting between our client platform and accounting software.
