Strategic Plan 2018-2021
This strategic plan outlines the overarching vision and strategy for the organisation for the period 2018-2021. IPAA’s strategic plan provides a roadmap for the future. Our plan articulates the organisation’s priorities and considers trends, issues and future demands.
Our plan has been developed following consultation with IPAA’s members as well as the broader public sector community. Input was sought from the IPAA NSW Council, the Programming Advisory Committee,the Young Professional Network and the Audit and Risk Committee. A workshop was also held with staff to capture their insights. This consultation was conducted to ensure that IPAA NSW’s strategic plan belongs to the members and customers’ that the organisation serves and reflects their priorities and future aspirations.
The plan outlines the steps we will take to build the capabilities and connectiveness of our members and support the development of the NSW public sector. IPAA NSW’s principles, values and behaviours are key enablers of this strategic plan. Our values are accountability, collaboration, integrity and innovation.
