Course Overview

This course supports managers to clarify performance expectations, provide performance feedback, identify appropriate development opportunities and know when to engage their in-house human resource personnel in managing staff performance. It will equip learners with the skills and knowledge to engage and motivate staff and develop capability and potential in others though learning how to engage staff in productive one-to-one performance conversations, provide feedback on performance, develop confidence to supervise staff, and conduct a performance conversation.
