In-house Learning

IPAA NSW brings learning directly to your workplace through our customised in-house courses and programs. This agile, cost efficient and highly regarded solution enables you to design learning to achieve team, agency and cross-agency capability development. Our entire portfolio can be customised to meet your learning needs and delivered at a time or location of your choice.

Existing IPAA NSW courses can be amended and combined to develop a course appropriate to your requirements, or we can assist you to develop your own bespoke course. If your organisation has a specific capability framework, our IPAA NSW learning team can further tailor courses and learning experiences to meet it. We can also utilise technology to bring geographically dispersed learners together or to provide blended learning options.

All short courses and programs are aligned to meet the level, outcomes and behaviours outlined in the NSW Public Sector Capability Framework.
