Kirsten is the Chief People Officer at Transport for NSW, leading the teams which are responsible for delivering outstanding end-to-end experiences for employees. Kirsten has been fundamental in driving the aspirational culture that empowers the people of Transport, as well as a leadership model outlining the characteristics needed by employees in order to achieve the Transport 2056 Strategy.
With bold aspirations to make Transport for NSW the best place to work in Australia, Kirsten is a courageous leader who leads by example. Prior to joining Transport, Kirsten led the People & Culture functions for Ausgrid and the Department of Finance, Services & Innovation. Having started her career with multi-national consulting firm Accenture, Kirsten’s experience spans large public and private sector organisations. Kirsten has extensive experience implementing strategies and initiatives which align to the views of multiple stakeholders and ensure businesses are future-proofed for years to come. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Certificate in Change Management and an Executive Masters in Public Administration from the University of Sydney and the Australian and New Zealand School of Government
