How our program of work interacts with the NSW Public Service Commission and the broader NSW public sector is represented below.

The NSW Public Service Commission's Advancing Women: Increasing the participation of women in senior roles in the NSW public sector report provides a macro-level analysis of the current position of women in the NSW public sector with a specific emphasis on women in senior roles. It examines the barrier and enablers to prgressing women to leadership positiions and provides evidence to support recommendations for change.
