Creating a new work culture for 2022

ABOUT THIS EVENT

The challenges over the past 24 months present a unique opportunity to reshape the culture of the workplace to better align with our organisational values and objectives.

This session will explore this renewal through an operational lens: How do we define and communicate the culture we wish to see in our organisation? What practical initiatives can we put into place to make these ideals a reality, and how do we support our teams and our colleagues during this time of transition?

This Executive Director Breakfast is an exclusive opportunity to engage with leaders from across the public, private, and community sectors on one of the greatest organisational challenges of the year to come.

In an increasingly complex and inter-dependent working environment, this is also an opportunity for senior public sector leaders to build the types of professional networks that can support and encourage cross-sector collaboration and that were essential during NSW’s response to COVID.

Discussion at these events is held under the Chatham House Rule to encourage a free-flowing and open exchange of views.
