Prior to his election Mr Graham served for six years as the Assistant General Secretary for the NSW Labor Party. He has worked as an advisor to state governments in NSW and Queensland, including working as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Premier Nathan Rees. Mr Graham has also worked in the higher education sector and for the Finance Sector Union. He has been a member of the Labor party since 1991 and is a founder of Labor Loves Live Music. Mr Graham holds a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) from the University of Sydney, following his graduation from Newcastle High. Mr Graham is married, with two children. Outside of politics, he enjoys reading, walking and cycling, live music and the arts.

Mark Webb is the Chief Executive of the NSW Department of Parliamentary Services, a specialist service department working to support the operation of the NSW Parliament by providing logistical support and advice to Members of Parliament, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of NSW. 

Mark has worked across the private and public sectors, including 15 years in senior executive roles in the federal public sector, the NSW Department of Premier & Cabinet, the NSW Public Service Commission, the Office of Environment & Heritage and the Department of Planning & Environment.  Mark also has experience in the delivery of public services by the not-for-profit sector, through his role on the board of Community First Step, a NFP organisation supporting the Fairfield community.

Mark holds bachelors degrees in Engineering (BEng) and Science (BSc), as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and has completed the Executive Fellows Program at ANZSOG.  As well as being a member for IPAA for nearly a decade, he is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Enterprise, Investment and Trade

Elizabeth was appointed Secretary of Enterprise, Investment and Trade in October 2022, bringing more than 25 years' management experience across customer services, legal, company secretarial, compliance, risk, management, human resources, and general operations.

Prior to that, Elizabeth was CEO of the Greater Cities Commission and held senior leadership roles at Transport for NSW, including helping to drive the integration transport modes to deliver improved customer-centred services and infrastructure for the Sydney metropolitan area. Elizabeth's earlier executive positions included Director of Australian Programs for Save the Children Australia and the Victorian Group General Manager with Transurban. Elizabeth is passionate about harnessing stakeholder and employee engagement and new technologies to achieve new levels of service.

She serves as a Council member with IPAA NSW and was appointed a National Fellow in 2022. In addition to holding degrees in Law and Economics, Elizabeth has an MA in Contemporary Asian Analysis and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

If you have an outstanding invoice for the event, you will not receive a link to the live event.

Only people registered to the event can access the content. Do not share login details with people who have not registered to the event

Cancellation policy - Events
  • Cancellation must be in writing and confirmed by an IPAA NSW staff member
  • Cancellation received more than 10 business days prior to the event – no penalty will be incurred
  • Cancellation received within 6-10 business days of the event – 50% of the fee is payable
  • Cancellation received less than 6 business days prior to the event – 100% of the fee is payable
  • No show – 100% of the fee is payable
  • Registrations received less than 6 business days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Transfer policy - Events
  • All requests for transfers must be in writing
  • Substitute nominees may attend in your place where deemed appropriate; however, if a member wishes to substitute a non-member in their place the full fee will be payable.
Transfer policy - Scheduled Courses
  • All requests for transfers must be in writing
  • Your course registration can be transferred to another course without penalty if requested more than 10 business days prior to the course start date. Otherwise, the above cancellation policy applies. Transfers can only be requested when the course fee has been paid in full.
  • Transferring your registration to another person can be done at any time without penalty if nominee details are provided within a minimum of 2 business days prior to the course start date. Transferring from a member to a non-member will result in a fee increase in line with the non-member course fee.
Transfer policy - Self-paced Courses 
  • Transfers to another course are not allowed for self-paced courses.
We may in our discretion waive cancellation charges in exceptional circumstances, but we will not waive cancellation charges on account of work commitments.

Program Changes

IPAA NSW reserves the right to change programs/speakers/venue, or to cancel programs if the enrolment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail. All registrants will be notified in the event of cancellation and their registration fee will be refunded.
