Practical tools and frameworks for managing change in the NSW public sector

ABOUT THIS EVENT

This masterclass provides practical tools and frameworks for managing successful change based on award winning case studies. These case studies will be shared during the session and will look at the key organisational and cultural shifts that are likely to spread across NSW government through 2020.

This session will be highly relevant to all NSW public sector leaders, given the waves of change across the sector from the imperatives to become more citizen-centric and more digitally skilled, and the ongoing need for organisational changes to drive increased public value.

During the masterclass our speakers will share their expert views and you will have the opportunity to have discussions on the topic with your peers attending the session. While providing pioneering insights, the masterclass will also focus on practical take-aways.

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND

An important part of the design of this masterclass is providing every participant with an opportunity to focus on their own change challenge. We ask that you identify a challenge to bring to the masterclass where you will develop a draft approach for resolving it, including key success principles and specific action steps.

All IPAA events include purposeful networking which allows you to:
  • Build relationships with the speaker/s and fellow guests
  • Develop your capabilities
  • Establish connections across the NSW public sector.
