As the Acting CEO, Jo oversees the strategic direction of the organisation. She liaises between Council, staff and key stakeholders to ensure membership offerings are aligned with the changing needs of the public sector. Jo is also responsible for the design of IPAA NSW’s integrated program, ensuring it remains focused on contemporary, NSW public sector stories.

Marissa co-ordinates the customer experience and delivery of public and in-house courses. She works closely with facilitators and is the first point of contact for all course enquiries and registrations.

Peechaya specialises in delivering innovative, integrated, and relevant events. With a focus on ensuring the satisfaction of customer needs, Peechaya collaborates closely with speakers, partners, and venues to bring the event content to life for IPAA.
