As CEO, Madeleine oversees the strategic direction of the organisation. She liaises between Council, staff and key stakeholders to ensure membership offerings are aligned with the changing needs of the public sector.

Jo drives the strategic priorities across the organisation, focusing on the design of IPAA NSW’s integrated program offering. She ensures that members are at the centre of all IPAA NSW's activities and that our program remains focused on contemporary, NSW public sector stories.
CONSULTING AND SOLUTION DESIGN LEAD
Nick is the editor of our regular news service featuring up-to-the-minute insights on public service best practice. Nick also curates content for many IPAA NSW reports and publications.
PUBLIC SECTOR DESIGN SPECIALIST
Padma works closely with the Consulting and Solutions Design lead to gain a deep understanding of client requirements to design and develop learning and development solutions for the NSW public sector.
LEARNING PROJECT OFFICER
Delivering innovative, integrated and relevant events is Peechaya's specialty. Peechaya ensures IPAA’s events meet the needs of customers and works with speakers, partners and venues to bring content to life.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR (EVENTS)
Designing innovative and integrated content is Taylor's main role. Taylor brings creativity and commercial nous to IPAA NSW’s integrated offering to ensure they meet the needs of all our members.
CONTENT DESIGN SPECIALIST
Janelle supports the CEO as the Executive Assistant. She also works closely with stakeholders across the NSW public service support engagement with IPAA’s services.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
Barbara is responsible for the strategic marketing of IPAA NSW to the public sector and for identifying business development opportunities that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING MANAGER

Charitha is responsible for IPAA NSW's digital Learning Hub and online delivery. Integrating technology into business processes to improve outcomes is also a key role for Charitha.
DIGITAL AND LMS SPECIALIST
Samikshya coordinates the income and expense activities for IPAA and provides learning and event delivery coordination assistance to the Customer Experience & Delivery team.
FINANCE & DELIVERY SUPPORT OFFICER
Marissa co-ordinates the customer experience and delivery of public and in-house courses. She works closely with facilitators and is the first point of contact for all course enquiries and registrations.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR (LEARNING)
Scaria provides financial guidance to the IPAA NSW leadership team to inform decisions. This involves analysing financial statements, identifying risks and exploring opportunities to become more cost efficient.
