What brings out your best: working in the office or working remotely?
ABOUT THIS EVENT
Each year, IPAA NSW holds our CEO & Young Professionals Breakfast. This extraordinarily popular event brings together around 1000 public sector leaders and young professionals to build networks across public sector organisations and help leaders and future leaders to understand the issues that the modern public sector faces.
Building on IPAA’s recent tradition, our 19th Annual CEO and Young Professionals Breakfast will again be held face-to-face and showcase two public sector debating teams exploring What brings our your best.
During this entertaining and thought-provoking event, one side will argue they are most effective working remotely, while their opponents will argue they are most effective working in the office.
The COVID-driven move to remote working has given a huge number of public servants the experience of a very different way of workplace and this discussion will pit the advocates for this new remote way of working against the believers in the value of face-to-face interactions.
The debate will finish with an audience vote to see which side was able to change people’s minds and which argument the audience found most convincing.
WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
96% of respondents to our event survey rated the 18th Annual CEO and Young Professionals Breakfast as ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’.
‘It is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded young professionals and executives to explore key issues and drivers in a really engaging and special way.’
Our Breakfast will discuss this hot button issue in 2022 as public sector workplaces start to move back to office-based work.
After the debate, there will be time for table-based discussion about the ideas raised by speakers, giving CEOs and senior executives the opportunity to hear directly from the future leaders of our sector about how this restart can help to build a world class public sector in NSW.
By booking a table, your organisation is showing its commitment to linking your leadership team with emerging leaders in your organisation and building a better understanding about the biggest challenges facing public sector workplaces in 2022.
