The Sustainability SIG is concerned with the provision of ecologically sustainable solutions to solve problems in each of the Triple Bottom Line areas - economic, environmental, and social/cultural.

Following decreasing levels of involvement, the SIG Committee has decided to place the activities of the SIG on hold for the present, pending a member survey to be conducted in early 2014.

Aim and objectives

The Sustainability SIG aims to:

  • raise awareness of sustainability innovation and initiatives
  • discover and share best practice in sustainability that exists in both the private and public spheres
  • provide networking opportunities and support for those interested and involved in promoting sustainability
  • encourage innovation and creativity throughout the NSW Public Sector.

Program of events

The Sustainability SIG aims to present two IPAA NSW events each year. Your suggestions for events are welcome at any time.
