Jacqueline is the Chief Executive Officer of Ethos CRS, a professional services firm that focuses on clear writing, effective teams and coherent policy outcomes. Ethos CRS build capability for international, Commonwealth and state government participants.  
 
Jacqueline started in the NSW public sector as a prosecutor with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in 2002. Since then, she has built and led teams across NSW in child protection, justice and emergency services. 

Jacqueline is qualified in legal practice, mediation and change management. In 2019 she led a team to design and deliver the recruitment and promotions processes for all NSW?Ambulance managers. She has a coaching practice for leaders and managers, specialising in job application skills. Jacqueline led the team delivering leadership programs to the government of Fiji from 2021-2024.
