Psychological safety/mental health and wellbeing

Understand psychological safety to help your team be at their best.

IS THIS COURSE RIGHT FOR YOU?

Do you lead and manage a team and want to help them achieve their potential?

Would your work benefit from a deeper understanding of how you can create a psychologically safe working environment to help your team participate to their fullest?

In a psychologically safe environment, your team feel empowered to express themselves and their ideas. When people do not feel that they are being heard or that they can be vulnerable in the workplace, their potential and participation in work is limited. This has implications for innovation, productivity and achieving organisational objectives.

If you are a team leader or manager keen to help your team be at their best, don’t miss this course.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

You will leave this course with the essential knowledge needed to facilitate a psychologically safe workplace. You will explore the concept of psychological safety and why it matters, understand the relationship between wellness and employee engagement, and receive actionable steps to create a supportive team culture.

In this highly practical one day workshop you will use role pay activities and case studies; working in groups and pairs and participate in reflection activities individually as well as with your fellow learners.
