You will learn about the impact of change and uncertainty.

You will develop the tools, strategies, and skills to navigate these challenges with greater resilience, acceptance and focus for the future.

You will finish the course knowing you can:

  • Develop the key tools and strategies to support yourself and others including research-based resilience strategies.
  • Understand the impact of change and uncertainty including how to draw upon the Transitions model of change to inform how we respond to change.
  • Recognise the importance of building self-awareness to understand the different, personal impacts of the change on individuals.
  • Build and strengthen advanced communication skills to support others in times of change and challenge.
  • Draw upon your action plan to continue to support you and others when you return to the workplace.
