You will learn how to manage the work of secretariat staff and organise for a secretariat meeting.

  • understand the role of a secretariat in preparing an agenda, minutes and actions and confidently apply these skills in the workplace.
  • know what to do during a meeting and how to follow up after a meeting.
  • contribute to committee effectiveness through managing stakeholder relationships, good planning and governance.
