This personal skills discovery assessment provides a practical, strengths-based approach to understanding how you work at your best. It delivers personalised insight that can be immediately applied to improve performance, engagement and collaboration in the workplace.

As part of the experience, you will receive a personalised strengths report and participate in a one-to-one coach debrief session to help you interpret your results and identify practical ways to apply your strengths in your role.
Additional coaching sessions can be arranged if required to support ongoing development (additional cost applies).
