IPAA NSW 2026 Women’s Executive Lunch

Breaking barriers. Driving change. Leading what’s next.

Breaking barriers. Driving change. Leading what's next.

As a senior leader, you know leadership is rarely about having all the answers. It's about navigating complexity, influencing change and creating lasting impact.

Join IPAA NSW and senior women from across the NSW public sector at the iconic QVB Tea Room for an exclusive lunch and candid conversation with Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz AM, and Elizabeth Broderick AO. Together, we will explore their leadership journey, how they build influence and shaping the future.

Proudly sponsored by Holding Redlich, this exclusive event will be facilitated by Christine Jones, Partner, Holding Redlich, who will guide an engaging discussion with two of Australia's most respected leaders.

Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz AM
Senate Fellow, The University of Sydney
Member of the Australian Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusion @ Work Advisory Board

One of Australia's most respected business leaders, Susan is best known for transforming Mirvac during her decade as Managing Director and CEO. Today, she continues to influence national conversations on leadership, diversity and inclusion through a range of board and advisory roles, including her recent appointment as a Senate Fellow of the University of Sydney and as a member of the Australian Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusion @ Work Advisory Board.

Elizabeth Broderick AO
Founder, Champions of Change Coalition
Chair, Foundation CHANEL

One of Australia's leading advocates for gender equality, Elizabeth is the former Sex Discrimination Commissioner, founder of the Champions of Change Coalition and Chair of Foundation CHANEL. Her work has helped drive cultural change across government, defence and industry.

Together with Susan and Elizabeth, you will explore:

  • Leading through complexity and uncertainty
  • Influencing systems and driving meaningful change
  • Building cultures where people can thrive
  • Navigating power, courage and leadership
  • Opening doors for the next generation of leaders

This is not a keynote. It is an honest conversation between two leaders who have shaped organisations, influenced national conversations and driven lasting change.

Over the course of this invitation-only event, you’ll be exposed to fresh perspectives and practical insights into effective senior leadership, while building valuable connections with other senior women committed to making a difference across the NSW public sector.

Please note, this is a female Identifying only event and places are limited to support a high-quality, intimate experience.
