WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
The workshop will equip you with the basic skills to function more effectively as a public servant.
In this lively, interactive workshop you will explore “Government 101”.
You will finish the course with a deeper understanding of:
- The Constitution;
- Australia’s federal system;
- The interaction between the Commonwealth and the States/Territories;
- The separation of powers;
- Ministerial accountability and
- The role of the independent public service.
Navigating Government is for people at the Foundational to Intermediate levels.
