This strategic plan outlines the overarching purpose, mission and strategic initiatives, providing a road map for our work towards 2025. It focuses on four key audiences – members, customers, external stakeholders and the IPAA team. It talks to advancing the profession of public service, implementing a new professional membership strategy, strengthening the customer-centric approach to the design and delivery of services, and increasing the effectiveness of the organisation.
IPAA will continue to co-design with the sector a wide-ranging program of capability development, events, and information services in response to the constantly evolving needs of the NSW public service.
