#BalanceforBetter
Better the Balance.
Better the World.

Celebrate the important role women have played in building a strong NSW public sector.

ABOUT THIS EVENT

IPAA’s annual International Women’s Day celebration brings together high profile speakers from the public sector, corporate, and political worlds to share their views on the importance of women in senior leadership.

The event will highlight the ever increasing importance of the role women have in senior positions. It is an opportunity to reflect on how this transformation has come about and look at what lies ahead.

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND

Our inspirational speakers will reflect on what opportunities and challenges are ahead and share their insights for other women aspiring to leadership roles.

The event is a chance to join senior leaders – both women and men – from across the NSW public and private sectors for an evening of canapés and conversation.

All IPAA events include purposeful networking which allows you to:

• Build relationships with the speaker/s and fellow guests
• Develop your capabilities
• Establish connections across the NSW public sector.
