With Learning Credits, you can pre-purchase training credit in bulk ahead of the end of financial year and redeem them across any of IPAA NSW’s learning programs aligned with the NSW Public Sector Capability Framework for the following 12 months.

How to Purchase Learning Credits?
- Email [email protected] to request "Learning credits" and nominate the value required excluding GST.
- IPAA NSW will take your payment over the phone or issue an invoice (time permitting).
- Once confirmed, your credits are available for immediate use.
How to Redeem Learning Credits?
When you are ready to use your credits simply:
Email us at [email protected] or Call at 02 8066 1900 to speak with the Learning team.
Credits can then be redeemed throughout the year with the help of our Learning Coordinator.
Note: Learning Credits can not be used online via the website.

By purchasing IPAA NSW Professional Development Learning credits you agree to the following terms:

Valid for 12 months from date of purchase (longer terms may be negotiated)

Not redeemable for cash

Non-transferable to other organisations

Must be redeemed before the expiry date

Can be partially redeemable, if purchase exceeds available credit balance, the difference can be paid via an alternative form of payment

Any unused credit after expiry is non-refundable and non-transferable
