  • Understand what true resilience is and use strategies to avoid burnout.
  • Continue to develop your self-awareness and identify warning signs of stress and concern so that you take appropriate action to support yourself.
  • Speak up to seek clarification of expectations, understand your role and communicate about workload where needed.
  • Utilise communication strategies including in relation to boundaries that will help to support your resilience.
  • Practice research-based key resilience techniques that will support you to manage in times of challenge and struggle.
  • Draw upon key practices to down-regulate your nervous system and maintain your equilibrium.
  • Continue to apply your learning and your personal strategies to build and support your resilience to benefit your life.
